About Aparajitha Foundations

Aparajitha Foundations is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering children and adolescents through innovative life skills education programmes. We work closely with government departments, schools, and communities to build resilient, confident, and responsible young citizens.

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and committed Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme across the state.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Implementation & Monitoring

Coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme in schools and Child Care Institutions (CCIs) across the state.
Ensure programme implementation follows Government guidelines and Aparajitha Foundations’ operational framework.
Prepare district-wise implementation plans and activity schedules.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor programme quality and impact.

Government & Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with Samagra Shiksha/ Rajya Shiksha Kendra and the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Department of Education, Department of Women & Child Development, and other government stakeholders.
Build partnerships with Government Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, Tribal Schools, NGOs and Child Care Institutions.
Represent Aparajitha Foundations during meetings, reviews and coordination sessions.

Training & Capacity Building

Organize orientation programmes and training workshops for teachers, counsellors and education officials.
Conduct online and offline training sessions on Life Skills education.
Facilitate life skills sessions for students whenever required.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain programme data, training records, attendance and feedback.
Prepare monthly progress reports, case studies and success stories.
Recommend improvements based on field observations and monitoring.

Eligibility

Essential Qualification

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Development Studies or any related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NGO programme implementation, education, child development or community development.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Government departments and educational institutions.
Strong planning, reporting and documentation skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of the regional language will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Additional Requirements

Candidate must be conversant with MS Office and basic computer applications.
Candidate having a two-wheeler/four-wheeler along with a laptop will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be willing to use public conveyance whenever required.
Extensive travel across districts within state is mandatory.
Willingness to stay overnight during official field visits whenever required.

Smt. Durgamma

Founder Trustee & Eternal Inspiration (1940–2025)

Smt. Durgamma embodied compassion, strong values, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of children. She believed that every child possesses hidden treasures of potential and life skills, and that the true purpose of education is to help them discover and develop these inner strengths.

This belief became the inspiration behind the TTT Movement. Through her vision, encouragement, and selfless support, the seeds of the movement were sown, leading to the creation of an innovative life skills education initiative that continues to empower children through values, positive thinking, character development, and adaptive behaviour.

She found immense joy not in recognition, but in knowing that countless children would benefit from the mission and grow into confident, capable, and responsible individuals. Her wisdom, generosity, and quiet guidance provided the foundation upon which the movement flourished.

Though she is no longer physically with us, her spirit continues to inspire the mission she helped nurture. Her legacy lives on in every child empowered, every life transformed, and every dream realised through the work she so lovingly inspired.

We remain forever grateful for her blessings, vision, love, and enduring inspiration.

Mr Dinesh Ramachandran

Managing Trustee

Mr. R Dinesh, the fourth-generation TVS Family member, has worked his way up the organization ladder – as is the tradition in the family. A Commerce Graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He is the Managing Director of TVS Logistics Services Limited and Joint Managing Director of T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Private Limited. Apart from the above, he is also the Director for various joint ventures and subsidiaries of these companies.

He has been elected as the Chairman of CII Southern Region for the year 2018-2019. Mr. Dinesh is also the Chairman – the Logistics Sector Skill Council & CII Institute of Logistics Advisory Council (2018-19).

Mr. Dinesh has won many awards including, the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award for the ‘Services’ category by Ernst & Young in February 2017. He is also the recipient of TiECON’s ‘Next Gen Entrepreneur of the Year 2014’ award and ‘Emerging Entrepreneur’ award by CII in 2010.

Mr. Dinesh, often referred to as the ‘game changer’ within the fraternity, has started TVS Logistics (TVS LSL) in 2004. Since then under his able leadership, the company has grown multifold to become a billion-dollar company in 2017. TVS LSL is the first company to get private equity funding within the group. TVS Logistics has a presence across the globe making it a truly global company and serving customers in over 50 countries. TVS LSL employs around 19,000 strong workforce in India. Its UK arm also provides over 2500 jobs in the UK.

Currently, the companies under his management have a turnover of around USD 2 Billion and employ more than 25,000 people. Mr. Dinesh has been instrumental in expanding his companies’ operations globally and has set up subsidiaries in Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Thailand, Bangladesh, the United States of America, South Africa, Singapore, China and Australia.
