About Aparajitha Foundations
Aparajitha Foundations is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering children and adolescents through innovative life skills education programmes. We work closely with government departments, schools, and communities to build resilient, confident, and responsible young citizens.
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and committed Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme across Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Implementation & Monitoring
- Coordinate and ensure smooth implementation of the Tim Tim Tare Life Skills Programme in schools and Child Care Institutions (CCIs) across Rajasthan.
- Ensure programme implementation follows Government guidelines and Aparajitha Foundations’ operational framework.
- Prepare district-wise implementation plans and activity schedules.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor programme quality and impact.
Government & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Samagra Shiksha and RSERT Rajasthan, Department of Education, Department of Women & Child Development, and other government stakeholders.
- Build partnerships with Government Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, Tribal Schools, NGOs and Child Care Institutions.
- Represent Aparajitha Foundations during meetings, reviews and coordination sessions.
Training & Capacity Building
- Organize orientation programmes and training workshops for teachers, counsellors and education officials.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions on Life Skills education.
- Facilitate life skills sessions for students whenever required.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain programme data, training records, attendance and feedback.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, case studies and success stories.
- Recommend improvements based on field observations and monitoring.
Eligibility
Essential Qualification
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Development Studies or any related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NGO programme implementation, education, child development or community development.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Government departments and educational institutions.
- Strong planning, reporting and documentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the regional language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be conversant with MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Candidate having a two-wheeler/four-wheeler along with a laptop will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to use public conveyance whenever required.
- Extensive travel across districts within Rajasthan is mandatory.
- Willingness to stay overnight during official field visits whenever required.
