Mr. Bharath Krishna Sankar is the past chairman of CII and Managing Director of Aparajitha group, headquartered at Madurai. He is a post graduate in Commerce, a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Institute and an Associate of the Cost and Works Accountants Institute of India. Bharath is a gold medalist in the Chartered Accountancy Inter and Final Examinations and is a first generation entrepreneur. He has a keen interest in ‘people management’ and his passion is to nourish the entrepreneurial spirit in youngsters. The initiative ‘Thalir Thiran Thittam’ is his brain child.

Ms. Durga Krishnamurthy is a founding member of the Aparajitha Group. She has been a teacher for a major part of her career. She has a passion for gardening and is an avid cook. Social causes, especially education and healthcare are close to her heart and she has been instrumental in the creation of Thalir Thiran Thittam. |

Dr. Venkatraman Anantha-Nageswaran is an experienced and internationally respected investment strategist. He is Macroeconomics advisor to Bank Julius Baer ( a Swiss financial institution), based at Singapore. He has presented many academic papers during international seminars and workshops, and has many publications and academic papers to his credit. He is a regular commentator on TV and column writer on global economy and markets and is an acclaimed international conference speaker |

Mr. Dinesh .R is currently the Joint Managing Director of T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited and Managing Director of TVS Logistics Services Limited. The group companies under his management have a turnover of USD 1.2 Billion (INR 5,000 Crores) and employs 8,000 people. He is an Associate Member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Recently CII has honoured Mr Dinesh with the ‘Emerging Entrepreneurs’ Award. He is the Vice Chairman of Tamil Nadu State Council of CII. He has a keen eye for learning opportunities in all professional and personal events as they happen and is very enthusiastic about grooming youngsters by sharing these key insights with them. |

Mr. Nagaraj Krishnan is a post graduate in both Social Work and Management and heads Aparajitha Corporate Services (P) Ltd as its Joint Managing Director. He has been instrumental in building an organization which is the only organized HR KPO in India appraising and helping companies, including multinationals handle their personnel compliances and contract labour related issues. He evinces keen interest in education initiatives. |

Dr. Haripriya Aravind is the Chief of CATARACT & IOL SERVICES Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. Other than being an internationally reputed surgeon in her field, she has published many papers and is a regular speaker in ophthalmic forums. She enjoys developing and training the Mid Level Ophthalmic personnel in her organization to take up greater challenges as they grow in their career. |
